I love these wildflowers!! The way you did the dried flowers is a great idea!! When I was in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, I wanted to see a thistle so bad but never did. Looks beautiful Angela, this was something we use to do as kids during school holidays when we were young, I’m sure mum just wanted us to pick all the flowering weeds from the garden 😉 but it was lots of fun. We used either books or the oven on very low, we learnt that the hard way 😂 Thank you for sharing my dear friend 🤗❤️

I use felt and cotton flour sack towels to save on paper towels and have some results. I am as frugal as possible (cheap, I can admit it) 🤣

Thank you so much for posting your wonderful tutorials. I always learn a lot, and I love your presentation style. Can I share a tip with you? When you cut for the window, take your awl and poke a small hole at each corner. This gives your blade a stopping spot and it also makes a much neater corner. I do this all the time now. Oh Angela, these are so lovely! I have dried some flowers in the microwave but your process seems a lot easier and you maintained the look of some great texture. And of course I would love to see how you created that beautiful card. I don’t know if you or anyone else has any advice for keeping the flowers fresh until you get them home. I’ve picked some on a walk through a park but it was a couple of hours until I got them home and they just didn’t do well.
