You could do like a mini series of trying out different styles of workout and then reviewing them for us. Like try one class of Orange Theory, Crossfit, Soul Cycle, Zumba or whatever and just give your honest feedback on how you liked/disliked the workout and such! Anyway I love you and Max

it's both fun and overwhelming looking for a house so glad you are taking your parents next time around. They can check things out with a more critical eye. Careful not to fall in love with the house because of the way they have it staged with the furniture. Also be mindful of the neighbor situation, being too close to other houses, windows looking into their property, etc. Good luck!

Theres something satisfying about looking at different homes and apartments...Its crazy the cost of living differences from LA to Texas...You do have the look and personality to be on a television series...That rooftop patio is pretty badass...Ya that last house was unique

How fun! House hunting can be so exciting and exhausting! Good luck! I’m heading to Austin this weekend. I hope the weather is nice like when you went! East is layed back more hippy, artsy, fun dining and bars close to downtown. North is newer, nicer unless you’re closer to campus and the houses are older. I hate traffic in that area but there are cute little places over there and close to domain shopping area. West is more hilly and nicer houses more pricey I think. Love Austin so much to choose from!

Fun! I live in Austin so it's neat to see other home interiors. Since you plan to use it for AirBnB, the last one you showed (near UT) and anything you liked on the East side would get you the most $$$. Oh! And if you can get a place nearby Zilker Park even better ... ACL & SXSW music spot, a big draw for out of towners. East side is so fun, btw. Highly recommend doing a walking tour of the quirky bars and Mexican food places.

Open plan is the best Okay Niki, i liked the last one on Day 4 Day 2, I liked number 1, 3 but you need to also consider what you can do as in if you ever need to expand etc at a later stage

Number four on day 1, but only if you’re going to live in it. It suits your personality and style. Depends though on if you’re going to live in it or if you’re going to rent it out straight away. Properties have different needs for us at different times of our lives and different purposes. Good luck! I’m sure you’ll find something suitable. And yes seeing pictures and seeing the property is two different things. You get a “feel”for a house and sometimes it won’t match what you initially thought when researching the property. And one more thing, be prepared for anything. I’ve purchased many properties and would consider myself a property investor and yet my last property purchase didn’t even end up settling on time despite me being ready for every scenario. So just give yourself wiggle room for the 1% of time when shit does actually go wrong cos no doubt something will, it always does.
