I miscarried when I got pregnant for the very first time and it was miserable, I bled out SO MUCH, so much blood. then had an ultrasound done and they said that it does not look good so they kept track of my hormone levels and they kept dropping each week and it got to the point that one day while I was peeing, I felt something drop out of my hooha as I peed, so I looked down and it was like this clear yoke-like substance with a tiny tiny fetus in the center. I sat looking there down in the toilet forever and I felt so bad! it happens though.. sadly. not a month goes by after the miscarriage and I was pregnant again and it was successful. now he's almost 16! haha. much love to you and yours Kristen! xox

I completely understand how you feel about not knowing what kind of mood he is coming home in. My dad is a firefighter/ first responder so I completely feel you on that one. He always tried his best not to bring it home with him, but sometimes he couldn't help it. The babies/kids always got to him. He was always very protective of me and my brother bc of the things he saw. So I just give him a little grace.

omg misophonia finally someone addressing it - THANK YOU!! People used to think that I am crazy or too petty for having sounds / noises that irritate me to the point of turning me to pure rage. I have had it for years and not only since becoming a mom. Loud sounds literally hurt my hears, and ticking like nails on a surface or a biro like AAAAHH! Sorry to hear about your miscarriage, they are never easy but I can also understand your reactions.

I'm sorry you had the miscarriage. I had that with my first pregnancy almost 3 months in and ended up having a d&c done. Everything surrounding that was very traumatic for me. Several years later I had my baby girl whos happy and healthy. She came to me when I needed her the most and i absolutely love her. But that pregnancy was filled with worry and doubt because id lost my last one. I'm so great full that shes here now though. I believe everything happens for a reason. I hope everything is okay and that little one comes to you when you're ready. Me and my significant other have been talking about going to couples counseling. We have a 7 month old and things have been a little rough between us since she showed up. There's lots of change lately, and we need to really sit down and talk about it all. I think its the right step for us and beneficial for others. Also your reminding me I need to put away laundry. Its the bane of my existence.

The sounds and the yelling and the TV and the chewing and the constant having to clean and always being touched… So very overstimulating. So real. So raw. Very shit. I kid you not… I have used my shooting range headphones because they are noise canceling and they are *perfect*. It helps calm my anxiety and rage. I also started taking this supplement from Nello called super calm and switched to decaf coffee because it was messing with my moods so bad. Really helps to actually calm your nerves in like… 10 minutes. I commend you for going to counseling. That is amazing. My husband and I have been together for 10 years, almost 11. Small children really are hard in a marriage. Get help before you are a single married person and miserable. Communication is key to a healthy stable marriage. Hey girly, I wanted to give u an opinion based on wat happened to me, and no one knew or realized or took it serious. I was pregnant, and couldn't get an appointment with an OBGYN for a while. But I did end up bleeding (having a miscarriage) before my appointment ever came. I then went in to the E.R, they did an ultrasound; and didn't see a baby in my uterus. But they did see a sack. I waiting 2 weeks and kept taking tests to see when the line would go away so I could get on track to try again, and noticed my lines weren't getting lighter. My body felt off, so I went in to the OBGYN as an emergency to make sure that I miscarried everything. And come to find out, I had a baby stuck in my fallopian tube. It did rupture, and I had to go in for an emergency surgery for internal bleeding. Come to find out, I was pregnant with "twins" and 1 baby made it to my uterus, but the other got stuck. I miscarried the baby in my uterus, but no one ever thought to check my fallopian tube's. They said this is a really rare situation. You know ur body best. If u feel like u need to b seen, u do wat is best for ur health! And push!

I was able to eventually pass everything but it was horrible mentally. Because a lot of miscarriage happen over the course of 2 days people couldnt understand at work why i was still bleeding through my clothes, having severe cramps/pain or using the bathroom so much. I was offered 3 days off but i only took 1 day. It would make no difference since i was already 3 weeks in at that point 🤷🏼♀️ they dont get it. And im a nurse!
