Let's Get This Garden Looking Good Again!/RainPoint Watering Timer/Lots of Trimming And Staking!🌸

Lots of garden maintenance getting done today! I am trying to get my gardens looking a little better here towards the end of summer and after a couple of heavy rainfalls! My Rose Of Sharon hedge desperately needed pruned after the storms, my Crape Myrtle trimmed, and my salvia staked. I utilized the bamboo staking method that I love for floppy perennials. I also received a great new water timer from RainPoint that I am excited to share with you! I'm hoping it will help me get my grass looking a little greener after the long heat wave we have had! Your flower gardens are so pretty ❤ I live in Pennsylvania Zone 6B .... And i had the same problem with my crape Myrtle. Its tall and full of flowers but flopping over. We did get alot of rain from hurricane Debby. I just trimmed off some of the flowers that were hanging low. But its still not the same and stll flopping over. Your criss cross stakes are a great idea! Our next round of rain looks like it will be Friday through Sunday. They keep decreasing the amount of rainfall. I hope you get more. I water with a sprinkler too. I use the timer on my microwave. LOL

Thanks Patti! Yes we had a bunch of rain but now it’s dryer again. At least it’s sooo much cooler and more pleasant! I have forgotten the water so many times. Just yesterday I overfilled the hot tub lol. Should have used the water timer hose😊.
