Another strong black man, who's giving the world hope, his presence is healing

I am white and have never even once in my life, and I'm over 50, thought of black men as weak or less of anything or needing to be strong. I appreciate that he inspires you as a black person. But I don't see why the color of his skin even needs to be mentioned. He's an inspiration to everyone. Gender, age, race, ability... whatever. Not to discourage your comment, but I feel like if we stop using labels like that in our speech, they will not hold significance and people can just be themselves without having to prove anything in honor of their race or culture, etc. Woody is not awesome because he's Black. He's awesome for that performance and his genuine and happy personality. I'm sorry, I go on. But I really just wish people would stop using the words 'Black' person or 'White' person in general conversation. Or worse, these new gender identity words that make things so complicated. Like I do not ever want anyone to introduce themselves to me by announcing their sexuality. I don't want to know. A first name will do. I don't mean to invalidate someone's desire to inspire a particular community of people, of course. But rather to shift focus more towards people as individuals not defined by a label in our everyday communications. I'm finding it difficult to get across my thoughts without offending, I don't mean to offend. But I will be relieved when our society doesn't feel like we need to use those labels anymore. And I also think Canada is going to see a lot more of Woody! He made my day!

Oh Jesus! The most inappropriate and stupid thing to say. Especially when this video is about Woody. You're either a troll or a fool. Stop it! Nobody cares.

How can he use his legs that much?

There's a 100 different reasons why someone would need a wheelchair. He obviously can't walk, but that doesn't mean he is completely paralysed. We don't know what medical condition he has. And we don't need to know. We can just enjoy what he can do and I think it's amazing how he makes that wheelchair a part of his body.
