Meal looks delicious. Do you get all of your nutrients from the veggies and fruit that you eat or do you take vitamin supplements to help with that? Thank you for your feedback:-)

Hey Linda thanks for tuning in and asking a great question. Yes you actually can get all your Nutrients and Vitamins from eating Fresh Fruits and Vegetables however when you add heat it will decrease its value. I do incorporate Collagen right now and I was taking the Goli Supplements but other than that not to many Vitamins. Hope that helps ❤❤
