This is what I do! LOL I have 'recycled' all my mail possible! I love the nice card stock they send the election mail and other ad-type stuff on. I use those for covers, or anything else that needs a little strength to it. I scuff the paper a little with am emery board, then, brush on a little alcohol. Then, gesso. Glue and tape stick very well to it. I even painted the sheets of address stickers I got from certain charities and use them for 'sticky tape'! Thanks for showing so many wonderful IDEAS! Su

It can be a special place to save mementos like tickets or to write little notes remembering special events, a place to put special pictures, draw, etc. :)

I have had glue and paint all over my hands and clothes so my husband keeps saying that he thinks that I have NO clothes that don't have paint or glue on them so I guess that I am a true crafter being my table has things all over it plus there is always some thing on the floor that misses the garbage and oh yes my hands yep paint as I don't wear gloves but that is the way it goes, right??
