That's what I was just thinking! Other videos are saying 1\4 to 1\2 cup sugar.. in just getting into this so I'm glad I didn't make 4 cup sugar jam yet!

@@Tsk31215if you are using only raspberries, then you can do it. Just mash em and put ‘em on a piece of bread or something. And put honey

It takes away from the flavor of the berries too. It robs the flavor of the berries and all you taste is the intense sugar. Oof! North Americans love way too much sugar. I have to be very cognizant of lowering my sugar when I make my berry jams. I’m still using too much. Lol! 🫐🍓
