I felt so lucky. I got a package of cubed steaks, 5 lbs of potatoes, and canned spinach from food pantry this week. There were enough cubed steaks that I had enough to eat and freeze 4 meals worth for hubby and I. PS. Next time melt a little butter or oleo and mix it into your topping. It will brown better.
