You are a delight. Last summer I started going to food banks after 8 yrs of not going. Mother of 4, with 3 still living at home. I work fulltime +. Husband stays home because we have 2 special needs sons. I now go to 3 food banks throught the month to get us through. I can, cook from scratch and garden. I thank God every day for food banks and other resources. I pray more people will support one another because tough times may be here for a while.

I should sometimes have trouble sleeping when I’m worried or over tired. Sometimes for no reason I can figure out. I play rain videos on my phone or soothing music and drink camomile tea. It helps. Will pray that you get rest 😊God bless!!!

Great options. Candied walnuts are great. The chicken, ginger, coconut milk, and canned tomatoes, cauliflower will make a great meal! Over rice with sliced avocados!!!

I take celery, onions, carrots and peppers wash and cut them up and put in frezzer. So easy to pull out what I need. Easy Pizzie. Love watching.

Apple pie, peach cobbler, with the expired milk put small jars in the freezer until needed. Unfreeze use for pudding, gravy, soup. Make beef stroganoff with canned beef and noodles.

I just found you. I love your take on this If I have alot bread 🍞 I try to make and vegie meat loaf If I have meat of any kind . I put the skin cro Carrot celery. If you save any vegie or sala. Tomatoes or any veggies left over put it your soup. I used every cheese in soup. Anything I have it goes in the soup. To make my rice I used coconut milk To make I will be watching.thank you. Remember the old school experiment when we put celery in water with food coloring (red) and the food coloring water went up through the celery and made the celery leaves red. Well if your celery is merely limpy, if you slice off bottom and put it upright in container of water, the water will go up thru celery stalk and crisp the celery up. That way you can have plain old carrot sticks a little longer.

lol, when I buy a product I generally don't purchase the no salt variety. The soup was great, salt was fine. The better than broth bouillon is fairly salty so it all worked out ok.

Our food bank never gives us anything to good they give us the basics, I've seen hauls where they get all kinds of meat and produce even when I had children they didn't give that to us I had to go from time to time back then, Plus some go once a week or a couple times a month and even have other food banks they can go too, Not here we can go to the one food bank and only once a month that's it.

I absolutely love nut's the plant kind only o course I rarely can afford them so never have them anymore, they are so good for you especially walnuts!! If you ground those up to a fine powder you could put them in thing's for your grandma too it's my first time watching so I don't know much about your family but based on you speaking yeah!! You can use a blender or coffee grinder.
