I love the concept for Kiq, however I feel like he should be Yellow in skin tone, only because Sawk and Throh are red and blue, having Kiq be yellow would make the trio all primary colors that originate from the white Chawp.

I wish there were a gen that reveals that Alomomola was secretly Luvdisc's evolution this whole time, trainers just didn't have the right item/were in the wrong place to evolve it, and Luvdisc would always migrate there.

About your justification for the number of ground/Fighting types: Yeah, there are three fire "monkeys" in a span of two generations, but they're entirely different. Darmanitan is primarily a Daruma doll, with orangutan elements. Infernape is a fire monkey based on Sun Wukong. Semisear is part of a trio based on the see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil monkeys. Your ground/fighting types are even more diverse, so they're fine. The importance isnt the type combination so much as the diversity within that type combination.

I've been thinking of making a few new evolutions for some pre-existing Pokemon in my own fanmade Pokemon region. Case in point, I came up with a new gender based alternate evolution for the Gothita line to serve as a masculine counterpart to Gothitelle, a la Gardevoir and Gallade. Gothicount, a Psychic/Dark type that evolves when you expose a male Gothorita to a Dusk Stone. Its inspired by vampires, men's Gothic fashion, and visual kei artists.

Ranchkrow is my absolute favorite because of how funny it's concept is as well as I love how you changed up Murkrow's designs. Love the little wheat in its mouth! And of course of remember cute little painter bug, and no I won't be evolving it for Smergle's evolution haha!

The only problem I see with using the belts is that the power belt is always a post game item, so the one that evolves via power belt won't be possible to get

That is not a problem at all, all he needs to do is make it available at a decent point, just like location based evolutions (those methods did *not* need to be changed)

By far my favorite is Streagle. Its just so precious and I love the concept! He could easily be Normal-Fairy as well, since enchanted paintings are a common theme in fairy tales.

I like Kiq a lot but also feel like it's natural color should be a pale kinda purple. When you combine red and blue you get purple and Kiq seems like the middle or combo of the two

I love Ranchcrow I also made my own scarecrow Pokémon but more on the scarecrow side called Scarecurse a ghost type and in my dnd campaign I’m working on they appear when a farmer has finished sowing and tilling a field and protect and help the farmer out but if a farmer is slacking off on their own share of the work Scarecurse will destroy the field and lay a curse that stops any new crops from growing until the farmer changes his ways

I think in order to make sound a type, we need to make the normal type as ‘basic’ type.
