What we want, is to get the children into their bodies through their senses. This will support them to regulate and learn at the same time!
Here we are going to gather scents to help us know our place even better. Here, we also prepare really simple ‘sacs’ to place our smells inside and create our very own ‘scent sacs’.

Simple cotton material
Scissors
String or raffia
