That shirt Pete... it's just fantastic. So a perfectly done egg, and that Hollandaise looks amazing my friend! It is a funny one isn't it... one of those sauces you can end up having the packaged version of for so long, you're not actually sure what the real thing should taste like. Doing it in a blender is very smart. Love this one Pete!
