Let's make some Leather Feather Bookmarks

Hello everyone! In this video I show you how I make feather shaped bookmarks. I make 4 different ones in the video. I hope this will inspire you to make something cool or if anything, you can have a nice quiet moment to relax and watch me make something. Enjoy!

OLD Leather Smith here, nice job, easy 2 follow, great 4 beginners. I have a few suggestions, a few drops of liquid dish soap in the water makes the leather absorb faster and more completely, the paper U get your leather in which is called butcher paper will protect UR board, I use a large aluminum tray, cleans up essier, your knife blade can be stroped or sharpened sharpened 2 B used again and agsin. I have a friend... a true bookworm. That said in a most loving way. She literally reads all the time! I think I'll make one or two of these for her. She needs something better than a scrap of paper as a book mark.

For those I used 4-6 ounce veg. tan cow leather.
