I LOVE u two together! I have missed this so much! PLEASE don’t let people in the comments keep u two from working together! Some people are going to complain no matter what u do. Don’t get me wrong. I loved Michael. I think it’s just I had gotten so used to Keenan that it was just different when he was gone. Just happy u two are working together again. Sarah, love this painting. I have learned so much from u. Best teacher on U Tube!

I love how Keenan lifted you out of your blues today. Extra points for knowing “barely there” which is a nude pantyhose color. He’s a riot. Stay well Sarah.😎

Beautiful painting ... love the atmosphere that was created! When I worked in a graphic arts department (many moons ago), we referred to that eraser as a rubber cement pick-up eraser. If you run your hand lightly over the painting, you can generally feel any masking fluid that remains on the piece.
@LetsMakeArt3 жыл бұрын
That is a good note about how to check for any masking fluid left behind.

Thank you for the wonderful tutorials I’ve learned so much about painting and drawing and atmospheric perspective! 😂 You’re so much fun to watch every week, even if your low energy.

the eraser is called an adhesive eraser among other things! 😳I’ve always said that I can’t draw because I can’t draw a straight line with a ruler… but… you’ve convinced me that nature has no real straight lines!!! thank YOU for all you do🌸 maybe show us how to paint lightening? ✌🏼🌸
@LetsMakeArt3 жыл бұрын
Lightening would be an interesting project! We will add that to our request list.
@jessicahavens-ziebarth94093 жыл бұрын
I think you meant “Lightning” (electricity on nature), “Lightening” is a process of becoming lighter (in visuals or weight, or mood...”lighten up!”). Anyway, I love your idea. I’d like to make a realistic landscape with dark clouds and lightning.

Came back for seconds and to request a tutorial of a guitar in closeup even with splatters or abstract background.. While Keenan does his thing.. And Michael as a guest playing guitar on the background.. Everyone in favor say aye.. Aye!!

Question re MP: I used it on the Landscape. It was late and my piece was still wet so I waited til the next day to remove; however, the next day I decided to make some area more dynamic in color so added paint. Once it all dried, I noticed the masking fluid had sort of let the paint seep in the lines AND I couldn't feel to much masking fluid (wasn't able to rub it off much to reveal white underneath). Where may I have gone wrong in my assumption that the masking fluid could stay overnight or...?
@dragonplus73543 жыл бұрын
I had the same problem with mine and I rubbed off the masking fluid on the same day. :(

BTW: The MP I used was the one received in the kit. The other time I used the pen it worked as expected. It was the second time I used it, after waiting a day then adding more paint that it acted as indicated below (my post 35 minutes ago). Any clue as to what might have happened?
@LetsMakeArt3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for reaching out Shelley, I have taken you question to the team. We have never seen it sitting overnight becoming a problem. Did you shake your pen before using? If the fluid is not fully opaque it has not been shaken enough.
@shelleysteffens92553 жыл бұрын
@@LetsMakeArt Yes, I did shake the pen. I also double checked to make sure I used the same side of the paper. I did use the same side on both. BTW, which did you mean as the proper side to use: I used what feels like a looser weave...correct?

The dandilion trees that Keenan was describing was probably Cottonwood. it is beautiful, but horrible for the allergies.

Love waiting for paint to dry.😉 Have you tried a Heat It Craft tool before? If not, we totally recommend trying it one out to help cut down the drying time with your projects. www.letsmakeart.com/products/heat-craft-tool?Social&
