Let's Play Galactic Civilizations 4 IV: Megastructures | Sauros Gameplay Episode 1: The Dyson Sphere

Join me in my playthrough of Galactic Civilizations IV with the new Megastructures expansion, a space 4X strategy game developed by Stardock.
In this series we'll be playing as the Sauros Dominion, a custom civilization of ruthless and cunning reptiles who are driven by their relentless pursuit of ancient technology. They value technological progress and grand architectural achievements that illustrate their majesty and mastery of the galaxy. Their cultural focus is Totalitarianism and their abilities are Ancient & Warriors. This series will focus on the mid-to-late game features added in the DLC, thus the first video starts in March 231, which is turn 99.

I noticed no one built Razar's Lift at turn 100. Can you tell me what difficulty you are playing on? Usually it has been built by now on higher difficulty levels. Just curious. I like the explanation of your moves and gameplay thoughts you give. Very informative.

Has no one built it yet? Usually it's one of the first galactic achievements constructed, regardless of difficulty. I'm playing on the regular difficulty though.
