I did a little googling about that bear and found out that there's a talking bear statue in Oakhurst, CA where Sierra started out. Try googling "sierra talking bear statue" and it should be the first result, the sierranevadageotourism site result. It says it was first used to promote realty. What a nice reference to the local community. On-topic to the video, I hope that vizier gets what's coming to him. >:( (Yes, he makes a good villain!)

HawkEyeA53B News article I found by sierranewsonline (sierra as in mountain parks, not the game company) from 2015 shows pictures, and it is in front of a particular Century 21 real estate office at the intersections of Highway 41 and 426, but it is down on 3 legs and lifting the front right , looking about to strike. 🐻 Yikes!

I bet the magic map is the same as the one from KQ3--except that Manannan didn't die then or since. The pawn shop owner reminded me of James Earl Jones, especially whe he said "As you wish," which is one of Darth Vader's lines.

Regarding the crystal ball, Daventry also has the Magic Mirror. The bird's nest soup mix could've been used in King's Quest 7. If this game were ever to get remade I'd recommend redoing the audio for the mechanical nightingale so it actually sounds like one.

Awww, this one's different than the version I have. Shamir calls the map a "magic Smap" and Alhazred questions what a smap is LOL!
