If you have to sleep in the forest on the ground, insulating yourself from the ground is the most important. So laying on the blanket was probably a better idea then covering yourself. You lose a surprising amount of heat to the ground. Giving out camping tips to keep myself from thinking about the emotional harm that this series will likely cause.

Also, Black bears are really easily scared away. They tend to prefer scavenging. You stand a much better chance then you would against a brown bear (Grizzly or Kodiak ), or god forbid a Polar Bear (The will from time to time actively hunt humans)

He's not, the credits say Brody's last name is Holloway, and his mother living in Utah. Nathan also could be or could not be expelled from Blackwell, depending on your choices, so the Prescott's future is likely deterministic and has no canon presence after LiS. Dontnod also really want to tell a new story. For some reason fans refuse to let go of Arcadia Bay and its old characters, but it just makes no sense to restrict Dontnod's creative talent to lazily reuse old antagonists when there are countless new fresh stories to be told.

I'm Mexican and while I was playing this game, I knew right away there will be hate comments from Caucasian people or/and some people were gonna be offended by the political topics used in this game, but I'm so glad I could see you guys watching this without being offended... I don't know why some people takes this so seriously, when is a situation that happens, is not the first time we see this kind of situation in movies or videogames, just like slavery or other topics... I don't feel LIS is generalizing about all white people being racist. BTW I really enjoy watching you guys, new subscriber here ✋

The moment the game started and I saw the street they were walking down and The Sound in the background I got goosebumps and was all "no way, no way" then when he showed his driver's license with the 98198 zip code I totally lost it. So much I want to say about this episode. Firstly Johnny looks so broken by the end and I feel for him so badly, hope your ok. Aoife I feel will be on Square Enix watchlist for a while if they do anything to mushroom to stop her getting into the building. They really have done an amazing job with the dad plot. I had to find out about my own dad passing from my older brother earlier this year and even at 26 my emotions went apeshit in a similar way to Daniel and watching that just brought so much back so you know what? They’ve done an amazing job with the characters so far I hope it continues

I realize you guys probably have to keep things moving for the video but you do miss out on some neat scenes/dialogue when you don't sit/chill for a little longer in those moments. For example, when you watch tv with Daniel, if you let it go just a bit longer, you get the option to tickle him.

@@kasra38s when you first take Daniel into the woods and Sean is trying to motivate Daniel (after the toilets) he has the option of saying it's like Lord of the Rings or like Minecraft. If he says LotR Daniel and Sean reference those movies repeatedly while setting up camp (orcs/trolls/etc.) if he says Minecraft they reference Minecraft gameplay and creatures (Creepers/etc.) instead.

So Before the Storm was a very important game to me, personally, that really impacted me on the "depression/struggling with my sexuality," level. Sean and Daniel have the same age gap - 7 years - that I have with my younger brother. That makes me worry that LiS 2 will be an emotionally devastating experience for different reasons, and that makes me a bit hesitant to play this season. I'm sure I'll play the game in the end, in spite of my fears, though. I can't really imagine missing a Life is Strange game.

If you tell Daniel you wanted to protect him, he yells that he hates you and you're not his brother. I was heartbroken when he said that! :( I hoped if you promised him you wouldn't lie, he'd say he didn't mean it but he doesn't. Kind of makes me want to play though again just to not hear him say that, but I kind of want to keep my mistakes and learn from them. I certainly meant my promise and won't lie to him ever again... but oh god it's going to be difficult if I have to tell him Mushroom is dead or mom left because she didn't want him or something else tragic! This game is just beautiful and I love it. Literally can't wait for the next episode.

That gas station is way overpriced. I live in Oregon and my little sister lives in Washington. Most the time the station prices are okay but sometimes you'll go to a gas station and the prices are higher than a normal store. Hot dogs are usually like two for a dollar sixty-nine at most gas stations around here.

In Norway, everything is cheaper at a normal store. a normal store usually has more customers than a gas station in the middle of nowhere, so they must have high prices to make a profit. also, cars need fuel so selling foods at the gas stations is just to make extra coin.

The thing you say about Americans and long road trips is very true. There's a culture of road trips here, and it takes about a week just to drive all the way from one end of the country to the other, so any decent road trip to another part of the country is quite the distance. I used to drive 13 hours to visit my girlfriend, and that never felt like a huge distance to me.

Loved your play through of Life is Strange, this will undoubtedly be the best commentary on the game. Properly loved the first game. Been saving this for a while now. I didn't want to wait between episodes so purchased at the completion. I have two lads with a similar age gap. The first game was emotional and I have feeling this might be closer to home than that for me. Reading through the comments, I have missed a couple of moments. I needed to get the truth out and so didn't dance to Bloc Party. Anyone else feel that 13 Reasons Why owe LIS a huge amount in art style for the title sequence and just general ambience?
