I've noticed one thing this game does right - enemies run away from grenades. Usually they just stand there, shoot at you and wait for the explosion (with some exceptions).

Dick Marcinko is the founding member of SEAL Team Six. After he retired, he wrote a bunch of books, which is what this game is loosely based on. Also, no SEAL is anything like Steven Segeal.

I think it actually might be a single variable incorrectly set. Then again sometimes it works RIGHT and you see gently waving trees and flags. Maybe it's somehow laying the function to make it move on top of itself so that the effect is activated several times simultaneously?
