I wash kale well and put in boiling water for 3 minutes remove and plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process and save nutrients. I freeze mine in ice cube trays as little pucks then once frozen place in good freezer bag and take out to use as desired.
I love kale in soups for added nutrients. Also I am going to try green smoothies by placing in blender frozen with other highly nutritious foods such as spinach and beet tops I will probably add a good tablespoon of Greek Yogurt. 😊
