Great collection of recipes! I'm cooking a 7.5 lb pork shoulder, low and slow for some pulled pork barbecue today. It should be ready around dinner time. I prepped a batch of coleslaw yesterday. Love these ground beef recipes. Excellent. Especially loves the clean preparation. Clean hands. No fake, long nails here!. .to trap bacteria and can truly cook with hands!.
