I do think that a lot of the future paradoxes look WAY better in motion cause they all have little hidden features that isnt shown in its static design (ie. Iron bundle's head being a spring and skating around on its feet, iron hands floats and it sleeps by putting its floating hands on its sides)

What I like about Iron Treads is that it’s not a roboticized Donphan, but a robot that looks like Donphan at first glance but when you look closer more and more of it is off (the LED screen face, the “trunk” barely being connected to the body). It’s a cool idea that they mostly didn’t follow up on with the rest of the future mons.

I think some of these Pokémon needed to be found in their context within the world to be properly appreciated, like how he wasn't wowed by Pecharunt's design but remembered it fondly from how it behaved in the DLC. The Treasures of Ruin are like that too I think, after the buildup of finding their spooky stakes and unsealing them you get to encounter them with knowledge of why they look as they do and with a truly awesome soundtrack, and then they're cool. The music really goes hard.

I found a lot of new favorites this gen. Clodsire, Tinkaton, Flutter Mane, Skeledirge, Scovillain, the new Tauros, Klawf.... it ended up where I couldn't keep myself to only using one team. I especially loved how you could wander around on non linear routes and catch all kinds of pokemon early on. To not have the cool pokemon I wanted to catch gated behind some badge or another was great. Now some might be gated behind titan pokemon, but that's much less annoying than say, needing at least 8 badges in Johto to get Houndour, as much as I love GSC.

I gave numerical values to all of the rankings. 1 point for F - 6 points for S and averaged out the rankings for each generation. Somewhat surprising results! Prozd’s least favorite generation is Generation 9 with an average score of 3.63 or a solid C. Next up is Gen 4 which I thought would be his least favorite. 3.83 C+ Next surprisingly is Gen 5, he mentioned he liked that generation but gave it overall 3.838 another C+ Then Gen 2 with 3.92 C+ Gen 3 3.97 C+ The first generation with an average score of B- is gen 7 with 4.11 Gen 1 is next with 4.14 B- His second favorite generation is Gen 6 with 4.19 B- And he must have been in a good mood when he did Gen 8. It’s his favorite generation with an average of 4.25 almost creeping into a solid B.
