The London is not only one of my favorite boats, but it's one of my best performers. I citadel same tier BBs with it all the time. It's a devastating little boat. I think you're undervaluing it quite a bit.

Hey, isn’t there a black Ryujo cv? Did I miss that? Also, Weimar is a complete beast. It is my go to T7 cruiser. Extremely accurate and the spotter plane is Very useful. Also much smaller and more maneuverable than mainz which makes for better kiting.
