This song was made for a movie Juzni vetar (South wind), its about mafia therefore men with guns in the beginning. Its a famous movie with 2 sequels, you can find trailers. But the song surpassed the movie and lives on its own. Then they used it on social media due to tragic school shooting in Belgrade last year

No you don't. She doesn't say "no one wants my soul". She says "No one, my dear - DUŠO MOJA = Džanum - not for anything in the world, wants to heal my wound". You're translating too literally. "Džanum" is used in our folk songs and means my dear, my sweetheart, my love, my life = dušo moja. She's addressing someone, telling about her pain. And what is this "not for a living head"???
