Dope build brotha. I actually did the same to my wing master. Bought it as a 28’’ hunting shot gun and built it like yours. I even got my stock on eBay too, but mine was basically new old stock and came with everything (paid more than the gun for it lol) The only difference is that I added a heat shield to mine as i found the butt plate can flip up in the folded position and scratch the barrel.

I have 2 of them! one came with a factory folder and a magazine extension. i replaced the extension and folding stock with a wood buttstock and returned it original condition. they are not cheap i do have the factory folder on a few of my others. i have seen the original pistol grips from time to time on ebay

For sure. I’m looking at my OEM pfs-87 stock and the grip definitely has a lot more junk in the trunk reinforcement-wise than that one does. Mine was originally installed on a Model 31 riot gun (hands-down the smoothest pump shotgun ever made), but I put a walnut stock on it and slapped the ol’ facial reconfiguration brace on an 870 I had sitting around. That CHP shotty is fucking sick dude… I’d be willing to bet that Erik Estrada would definitely give it the two thumbs-up + double guns.

@@FortuneZer0 sadly it’s a vary proprietary pistol grip off a Remington made PFS-87 stock set, nothing else would work without major modifications. But it seems to be holding up pretty good even though it’s an air soft grip, I can always modify it further with resin and more aluminum or hardwood to ensure its strength.

Where does one find old police guns?? I want like pre 90s stuff and ideally not to be absolutely destroyed on price 🤦‍♂️ I just want a project gun sooo bad

@@kilroy4123 i found mine locally on a classified, and the guy had literally no clue what he was selling so his loss my gain, there are details that’s give away what era 870s are, 2 3/4 barrel only mark, the finish is really shiny and blue. They do have police trade ins for sale online all the time, but getting one that’s pre 90s is literally luck of the draw.

@@kilroy4123 you could look at pawn shops or hole in the wall gun shops around you, maybe even see if you’ve got a local classified like Craigslist but local to your area that lets you sell anything.
