Clock Arc is insane for the pendulum deck. It's either a low (1) or high (8) scale which is great for hands that only have high/low scales. It also summons itself next turn and cant be destroyed by battle. Hell, it might be good in any masochist deck

Kragen deck dies if Kragen is removed (which will happen a lot). PLEASE try to optimize the pendulum deck : it's the ideal deck to play the Camelia normal summon engine since pendulum is not reliant on the normal summon. AND : you pulled Clock Ark which is a low scale or high scale, and has a decent effect for stalling (cannot be destroyed by battle). Yea this seems a lot better more consistent then his current pendulum list. Also I feel like people forget how good the grind game for pendulums is, if they cant get rid of your scales you can summon like 1-2 monsters for free every turn. Plus its easier to upgrade, cuz any good scale goes into the deck vs needing specifically water/bug/plant cards.

Excuse me mr alex cimo, if you wanna pĺay Kragen, please consider the icejades because both have a grave effect to banish themselves and summon a water from grave. The other one that isnt acti can pitch herself and another card, and then revive that card, giving you a 4 and her in grave if any water dies. Kragen doesnt need material, so bringing it back would work.

Timelords are pretty good for masochist decks since you can just drop them, use their effect and stall until at least your next turn. I've no clue why Cimoooooooo doesn't run them as one-of tech cards. Especially since he already has so many good burn cards

Yeah quaking is a crazy card for masochist decks. It can buy you a extra turn in some decks, make some cry and some will just auto scoop to it. It clogs boards, delays cards that trigger by going to the graveyard, gets around monsters with protection and is a great out to large attack point cards with low defence like chaos max. And it also punishes people that over commit. The fact he has it searchable is incredible. And sometimes the opponent knowing you have it can delay turns with even needing to use it. It also catches out so many people that forget that you can't flip the monsters back up next turn. It stops being good around plat and higher, but for gold and lower is should be something that is just in everything unless it really goes against a strategy.

Cimo, I decided to start my own Masochist run because of you, and let me tell you...I wish you better luck. In my initial packs to build my initial deck I managed to get Snatch Steal, Kashtira Ogre, Chaos Emperor Dragon, TWO Phoenix Wing Wind Blasta, Dogmatika Punishment (with a good target in Fossil Skull Bike to pop backrow for N'tiss at home), and Behemoth King of a Hundred Battles as a legacy pack UR for good measure. I'm commenting at the beginning of this video, so maybe by the end or in a stream you've already done you've gotten better generic pulls. Best of luck going forward! 🫡

I wonder if he has more melffys than just Pinny. Even just a catty and Pinny is a free Synchro 4 engine, made better if he has like, Merry Melffys. The Blue eyes white dragon is just a nice to have, as there's tons of support for it. Star Staring Starling is a fantastic Synchro or Xyz support card if you have tuners/others that can special themselves. Being able to level modulate like that opens huge extra deck options.

I personally think you were on to something with that Kragen/Beargram deck especially since you could get double duty out of cards like Cyclamen. I feel like that would give you the most options and it's better to have different routes you could go.

If you do play the Kragen deck and don’t already have this card, do keep an eye out for Saion the Vaylantz Archer, its a level 4 WATER Spellcaster that can special itself from the Pend Scale for free so long as you don’t special from anywhere but the ED for the rest of the turn

It is a 3 card combo but, if you pull wonder xyz (just an n) you can turn two Cyclamen into a Kragen, normal 1 Cyclamen, use her in hand effect, target the Cyclamen on the field, then set wonder xyz and pass, Cyclamen returns to the field and you can xyz Kragen on your opponents turn. It's janky but it should work, also if you somehow pull an xyz out with an on summon effect it could be funny, fingers crossed you pulled it soon as it could blend well with the exosisters cards too.

It was really cool in Duel Links for a while. It’s at its best when you have multiple copies to proc the on-destruction effect. I don’t think it’s high enough impact to play now, but it may be worth it if Cimo pulls multiple copies.

Why did we scoop in the first game??? We had resonance insect get Beargram and win with 1 Beargram wipe because the continuous spell would get wiped so the 2nd time we Beargram it would wipe their board then we just stall wipe till we can attack and win. That was an easy win and Cimo punted it when we had the clear touchdown. Way to lose on purpose for no reason.
