I think the only vehicle that goes in the carpark is your ambulance(s) so it may be a bit big.

You can now rotate the lot but it’s still annoying that it’s not a free rotation; also the large parking lot is a waste of space because the people walk; they don’t drive and you wouldn’t want to place ambulances at the front entrance.

there is a move button - located to the left of the bin icon and bulldozer icon on the build box but I am not sure it works with everything

Two point hospital does NOT have a sand box mode.

Yes it does. Was a recent update v1.08. Sandbox unlocks at 1st of Flottering, so basically after tutorial levels. two-point-hospital.wikia.com/wiki/Update_v1.08

This looks fun! I saw it on Steam a few days ago and hesitated buying it because I also am interested in Two Point Hospital*. You've played both, which would you say is the better game - I'm interested in a game with a LOT of customization options, so which has more? Edited my comment because I keep calling TPH Theme Hospital lol.

Tipp: you spent waaay too much money :p your doctors offices were 3x the size they should be and say to decorated. I mean I guess it’s fine if you don’t want to expand 🤷🏼‍♀️ and just wanted to make a GP.

2:07 - But can't all objects be rotated? The assets are already in the game, they just need some (very simple) logic to transpose the objects and rotate them in the opposite direction to the "camera". Even without going into other problems this game has, the inability to rotate the camera is an immediate deal-breaker for me.
