Let’s talk about childhood obesity.

I just wanted to share some of my experiences dealing with childhood obesity. I hope to shed some insight on what children who are obese deal with every day and ways that we can help them make healthier decisions without shaming and mentally tearing them down. I’m not a professional nutritionist, doctor, or fitness instructor. I am just sharing my personal experience in hopes of helping or inspiring others.
