So I’m sorry about all the times that I tend to disappear and then just pop up back however there are just times that I’m not really in the best state of mind but I’ll always reappear back better than before😊
And disclaimer, I will be posting videos that I did before just did not have the state of mind to edit them but just watch them like ntn nuh happen lol😉 but thank you for all your support so far in everything to you guys I really really appreciate it and it is one of the things that definitely helps me get through my tough times, I really appreciate it❤️

So true I am in my 50 and still having a hard time putting myself first .when I am having a panic attack , mental breakdown I talk to God and cry to him . I don’t know why it’s so hard for Jamaicans parents to tell their kids they love them . Not all I do see a change in some of them . I never hang the phone up from my brothers, sisters, Nieces, Nephews Aunt, cousins and uncles and not saw I love you Or whenever I see them in person . Thanks for doing this video. Real Yaadie Nena, I am a Jamaican pensioner living in London. I love the new look, you now look much more balanced, and if i can mention that you are quite an attractive woman. In my younger days we din not have the silly unnecessary phrases like yuzimie and others, and others. Another thing I am now grateful for are the media tool like face book, Instagram and others, which just add more levels of unnecessary complexity to an already complex existence albeit I confess KZbin is my only sin. When I came to hingalund I had a smoking habit, but when my sun was burn, I decided that he would never see me smoking. I went out and got me a packet of Senior Service cigarettes, removed each one from the packet and broke in three pieces, and threw them in the bin, after that I founded it much easier to give up, read across you cutting the hair that you been hiding behind. Well done that young woman. I came from the proper ghetto, Trench Town, (yuzime NOT) :)

YOW this video touch mi heart! Im a single mom of 3 teens! sometimes they seem so quiet and in their feelings. Because of this video Im going to be even more vigilant about checking in, which i always do. It gets on their nerves but mi alwayz ask dem if dem awright or if dem need anything. Will add more hugs too. 😊You are a great inspiration you doing a great job! I struggle wid anxiety, depression aaand eating disorder for that matter. I also was body shamed dem used to call mi fatty! that used to get on my last nerves LOL! My parents have the jamaican mentality dem alwayz a talk bout how dem did have it so much harder dan we. They painted a dark picture of what life would be , as a result i have this mentality that "life have teet " Thats not what someone who is struggling mentally want to hear. I hear and feel you girl. I am a child of Jamaicans and also a mother of two. I remember growing up wishing to have a person to confide in for guidance and support. I am lucky that I learned some healthy coping mechanisms and vowed that if I ever brought children into the world I would have a way to keep the lines of communications open for them. They tell me everything - sometimes I see or feel their silence and I then remind them that I am here to listen no matter what. My kids are my favorite people and you are right in that I would be heartbroken if I weren't there. Mental health needs to be normalizd, accepted and talked about. You are a beautiful person and you will be good. Everyone reading this, remember we all have our own weight to carry, but there is someone to hear you. She is also right that you should take time to reset your mind. My one thing that always got me through is that things will not always be bad. Life is scary but there is always a tomorrow.
