When you order plug and play do you get a new Programming Tool To Flash Factory Radio For 2021 - 2023, not used one to keep if you want to?

We have new or previously used tools, you will need to call in and specify a new tool if you plan on keeping it, most send them back as part of the rental program

Hello, I just ordered stage 2 with amp for my 22 RGS. It's scheduled to arrive this Tuesday. I want to get my radio flashed prior to the systems arrival. What flash do I tell Harley to do? Thank you in advance. Can't wait!! I'm also patiently waiting for the new subwoofer that will be releasing soon.

@@Blackangus-nm4mr no, first off our hertz system sounds better than what cicada offers, we have a shop pulling a cicada system and going hertz after hearing our system in person! Plus our DSP is perfectly tuned for the hertz Neo series motorcycle speakers! It sounds absolutely amazing and is sold as a full system only!

I bought a SI with Hertz fairing speakers last year for my 2020 FLHTP and I'm very happy with it. Still, I was thinking of adding an amp to retain the option to go for 4 - 6 speakers in the future. Are the amps part of the sale, too?
