As someone who's quite flat chested, I never understood the point of me wearing a bra, nor was I excited about spending money on them. But recently I've come to see how fun they are, and wearing a pretty bra makes me feel more confident, because I'm the only one who sees it :) This video was really educational but I also love your attitude towards underwear. It's all in good fun. It's about what people feel comfortable wearing. That's the most important thing :)

Hi kassie! I was wondering about your opinion on contraceptives, specifically the pill, just because your lifestyle seems to have a focus on natural products and going a natural route when it comes to healthy and well-being. I understand it could be a touchy subject but if you're comfortable and if you don't mind, please make a video! Thank you for all your videos and sharing your wisdom and I look forward to more. 💕
@maitesoto19539 жыл бұрын
+val_mov I think I remember she mentioned in a video that she used contraceptive pills for a while in order to help with her acne but that they didn't really work. I'd be interested in seeing her opinion on them now, too!
@valereeze9 жыл бұрын
+Maite Soto i found it thank you :) If anyone is wondering it's titled "Puberty". I hope if she does a video on it if she could elaborate on the "bat shit crazy" feelings because I've been there and its not nice and I'm wondering how she combatted those feelings. I can't seem to find one that doesn't make me feel these things.
@masma48719 жыл бұрын
+val_mov Yea I really hope Kassie does a video on that. I know a lot of people use it for acne or actual contraceptive but I need it for irregular periods :( I don't want to take birth control pills but Idk what else to do to get regular and im almost 25 :/ :(
@maitesoto19539 жыл бұрын
masm A in those cases, sadly, you don't really have a choice. Irregular periods are caused by hormonal problems and hormonal problems can only be fixed with pills. Of course, you could not take them, but irregular periods cause a lot more problem than you might think

I loved loved this video! I love how you are so careful with what you say and don't just disregard things because it's popular to. I've seen so many youtubers completely disregard the resurgence of corsets as "it'll ruin your organs" and it's really easy to just say that. But the truth is that there's still not much evidence (and conflicting evidence) to say that PROPER waist training is bad for you. I appreciate that you really look into things and present them without bias and preconceived notions. Thank you for also teaching me a few things about bras I didn't know!

I've worn a corset before, a real, honest to gods, handmade corset, and it was actually not too bad. I wore it for a renaissance festival that I've been working at for years. Upon the new fashion craze with waist cinchers, I tried one out that my friend from America had bought for herself. It was uncomfortable, hurt my back, and actually made it a bit harder to breath. Needless to say, I took it off very quickly. Kassie was completely right in that wearing something like that 1) needs to be specially designed for your body, 2) can be very dangerous if done incorrectly, and 3) is not a practice that should be looked upon lightly. A friend of my mother's made the corsets that my sisters and I wear for the festival, and she looked about ready to vomit when she saw waist cinchers.

I've been going commando for years!! The historical references in this video made me so happy. I am a research fanatic, so I love seeing accurately researched content. Also, running up a pair of stairs can sometimes bring me to tears. But not when I'm working out my lower bod at the gym. Cuz the waist to hip ratio struggle is real...at least evolution tells me so. When I was in college we had discussions like these in philosophy, anthropology, and sociology. It really helped us open our minds to other opinions and ideas, and to respect what others had to say. You learn to ask questions you've never asked yourself before. Then you realize why you have certain opinions and where they come from. Sometimes you even decide you want to change your way of thinking! I think having that awareness and understanding of the information and opinions you have is important. Thanks for the video!

I love that you've linked us to all the information! I work in a bra and underwear store, and while the world of retail gets me down (like, really) I think this will be good information for me to think about and hopefully get me through when I'm worried about why people keep spending money on bras and undies. But before I get too into the money-spending world. Thank you, Kassie! I'm very much looking forward to more discussion videos. I'd be so interested to live in a world where what a women wore didn't matter. Whenever I sit down and think about it, I know I put a lot of energy into what I wear on a daily basis. Not too much cleavage. I'm also a small girl, so maybe don't bring too much attention to my tint waist unless that gives off too much of a ~vibe. Which kind of sucks, and some days I just say 'fuck it, i'll wear what i want' but other days, I feel self conscious about the body parts that are pretty darn natural. I guess that's my two cents for now :)

First person to not tell people they're stupid for doing something with their bodies that they want to do no matter how much you as an individual may disagree. Thank you I just really appreciate all you do and say and how you say it.

Nice underwear is everything!! I don't use my underwear when I'm at home though, for the very reasons you mentioned (also, I've come to find it very comfortable to just have on my sweats on and let everything breathe). I also find it very interesting how people care so much about what others wear (that goes for everyone against everyone). We frown upon men wearing skirts, even though everyone should be allowed to wear whatever they want. I think it's good to have opinions about things, but it's important to allow other people to have different opinions and do what they see fit. Thank you for a very educational, funny and thought-provoking video! Stay amazing❤️

I have a really thin body with a super small waist and Im not curvy at all so Ive never been confident with well made beautiful underwear. Do you guys think that more thin and flat girls like me could fit into them too?
@kathiaacosta779 жыл бұрын
Absolutely, you rock them panties and bra, girl
@Ariel68peanut9 жыл бұрын
Of course you will; right fitting underwear will make all the difference . Also if you have a small waist then you are curvy. Curves aren't just about bra size or a how big your buttocks are.

+Emmy Engström Definitely, there are lots of beautiful bras and underwear for smaller figures. In fact there is usually more choice. My DD boobs are jealous :)

I have stopped wearing bras and I only wear panties on days when I am discharging a lot or am on my period- best thing I have chosen to do in awhile tbh. I feel so much more free and as weird as it may sound, it gave me a different and new sense of confidence :D

I love this video because I feel like undergarments have been such a huge concern to many women, and I'm not even exactly sure why. I grew up being taught to not wear underwear underneath my pajama pants because, like you said, I needed to have a breathable vagina. I had been teased for it by my closest friends for the longest time and it's not your average, conversational topic when you tell your friends that "hey, I don't wear underwear when I sleep!" Nevertheless, it was still embarrassing that my friends would laugh about my non-existent, nighttime underwear, but somehow they would never laugh when we exchanged each others bra sizes. It's pretty weird how the women in our society deem our undergarments as the sole definition to who we truly are. This was a very intelectual video and I love how you researched about all of these facts to express them very clearly and concisely! Thank you Kassie!

I thought this was going to be a video sponsored by some online lingerie brand, and I wouldn't really mind if it was, but I think it's really cool that you decided to just dedicate an entire video to underwear discussion. You're a cool chick, Kassie! :D

This was so informative and interesting. I'm gonna dig into those links you shared. I read a study a while back that wearing a bra does in fact make the ligaments in your breasts weaker and going braless is the best way to avoid sagging, along with exercise. I never liked wearing a bra at home, so I never did, but having larger breasts, I always wear them out. I'm gonna have to rethink my obsession with panties (much like yours with lingerie) now that you pointed these things out. And I second the lingerie collection video! Thanks for sharing as always! ♡
