@outdoors_life7544 if I had to choose just one, I'd go with Ghost for the flavors and ingredients. Peak Refuel is definitely an AM drink. On the AT I would start to feel my coffee wear off around 10 am, so I would drink a Walmart mix that had 100mg of caffeine. Peak fits that role and then some.
