Anyone from Britain should use Willy's apple cider vinegar. The best I've ever used, and the only one where I actually noticed a difference. I used to use Bragg's, but nothing, I used Aspall's, again nothing, but with Willy's my gut settled down, and I feel so much more energized. The Problem with Bragg's I learned, is that when exported, the American authorities irradiate it. Basically like putting it in a microwave for a few seconds, so that's probably why it doesn't work, the good bacteria will die. Plus, Willy's use a dark brown glass bottle, to further protect the bacteria, no plastic junk which the ACV will leech and you'll consume.

Can someone help: I had gone vegan in 2017, did it for 2 years. Went from a weight of 240 to a range of 212 and still dropping. My LDL from 127 to 72. My blood pressure was routinely 112/70 or so. But at the end of 2 years I had felt tired. I had low energy. I stopped being vegan and I’m now back up to 240 again. I did get Covid December/2020 which led to pneumonia and then I had a retina detachment and became depressed and had long covid….I couldn’t run 5mph for even 80 seconds. It took about 8 months to jog again, but I never got to the 7.5 jog speed that I used to do. I’m stuck at around 6.5-6.8mph. I am heavier though now bc of all that or bc of my lack of determination. I want to know why what causes the low energy feeling? I was supplementing with b12 which makes red blood cells amongst other things, but was it enough? Did I get enough iron? Idk. Was I getting enough calories? Well, given the weight loss, I was at a caloric deficit and likely due to all the fiber. Because when ever I calculated my fiber intake, I routinely hit 50-80gms a day. I did feel a lot of energy when I did eat meat again. But idk why that is. And it doesn’t do that anymore. Any reason that vegans get tired that I’m missing , so that I can get back on track?

The narrowing of arteries after a high fat meal doesn't mean damage to those arteries. The narrowing after a high fat meal is simply the physiologic response to eating fat. The body takes longer to process fat into the cells and since fat floating around in the blood for longer periods unlike glucose isn't dangerous the body permits it to do so. Sugar or refined carbs on the other hand OPEN arteries above baseline. This in turn turns into an improved brachial artery result. Does this mean that eating refined carbs and sugar is good for arterial function? The answer is obviously NO.

Healthy plant fats or nut fats like walnuts or avocados are okay because the vaso-protective nutrients are with the fats and oils. Separated oils (Olive oil, Coconut oil, etc) and the grease in meats are directly damaging to the endothelium of our arteries as you just saw in the video because they protective nutrients are no longer with the ouls. Here are more *direct observational* tests that show exactly this. *Direct Studies that show Endothelial Damage by Separated Oils* • Olive, soybean and palm oils intake have a similar acute detrimental effect over the endothelial function in healthy young subjects - www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17174226 • Effect of a single high-fat meal on endothelial function in healthy subjects - www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9036757 • Effect of fat and carbohydrate consumption on endothelial function - www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(99)03374-7/abstract

It does say in the bible that Everyone was vegan up until the coming of the Great Flood, after which God permitted meat consumption because the plant life had been covered by the flood and was recuperating. Also: the bible recorded the longest human life spans while mankind was vegan. Before the flood mankind lived up to 900 yrs of age. Vegan diet = longevity. God made us to specifically thrive on a vegan diet☺️☺️☺️☺️.
@aoyamiuriko50593 жыл бұрын
It wasn't the great flood,it was Adam and eve disobeying God in the garden. Then he allowed meat to be eaten. So its no longer the best sustainable thing to have a 100%veganism for the rest of your life. A balance because as u can see,they all work in synergy with each other. They all have their functions and don't take from the bible and not read in full context. He later tells us that ppl will tell us to abstain from meat etc and that we will be healthy enjoying what he has put here including the certain animals. We aren't to live in complete peaceful harmony with them until u get in the kingdom of Heaven and no man or woman will get access to heaven with the Father unless the accept and believe in their heart that Jesus is God and he came to be the redeemer of all your sins,past,present and future. To believe he is your lord and savior and only him is the way to have salvation. Everything going on now has been predicted or prophesied in the Bible...
