hi Boit you are very strong and after loking you playing norse i see one weakness in almost off your norse game you can look ( you dont scoot enought the map with norse )(when you have alittle army you should just take 2 or 3 beserk and throw them into all direction is not your enemy base for scoot the map and check if your opponent doing something here) if you seee him gathering ressource without defence you can react if you see your opponent outpost its a good information and if you see nothing you can wall this part off the map

Freyer is a late game pick, he has so many options. He has the defensive powers to help you reach to that point. Overall 2nd best Norse behind Loki and my personal fav Norse

i think the norse have the worst wall in the game but they are the best for wall the map because of 2 things they build wall with offencive unit not villager and norse have the best gold gathering in the game

Feasts of Renown is giga OP imo, and Freyr players should be getting the technology and more Forts as soon as they hit Heroic. With just one TC or Fort you're getting Isis' Flood of the Nile AND Gaia's Lush healing (for units at least). With 3 buildings you're getting a Healing Spring, at 12 buildings you're getting as many free resources as a Plenty Vault. All this for a mere 135 gold and 18 favor for the technology. Unlike Healing Spring and Plenty Vault though, Hill Forts don't have a cd if you build them manually, cannot be used against you, shoot arrows, garrison and train units. It's all depended on the player to leverage the technology. What do you think? Do you see top players doing it consistently enough that it prompted other players to formulate an equally consistent strategy against it? It does need some adjustment probably, especially since the Hill Fort limit has been increased. They could lower the food income, add diminishing returns after X amount of buildings, increase the rate by TCs and lower the rate from Hill Forts etc.

Your logic is flawed a bit. It's not "for a mere 135 gold and 18 favor." If you are going to compare you would need to include the cost of the hillforts in whatever you are comparing it to. Nevertheless, it's a great upgrade.
