It's not about identifying as a 'real' Christian or 'cultural' Christian or any type of Christian variant for that matter. It's all about believing in Jesus Christ as LORD and Saviour, it's about having a loving relationship with God Abba Father. Peace.

Unfortunately there are people who say they're Christians....which means identifying themselves as Christians. They go to Church every Sunday, and tithe, thinking because they do that, they're Christians. Those are cultural Christians. They don't have a relationship with the Lord. Big difference between the two. There's nothing wrong acknowledging that.
