And not just in India, but all over the world. Its so sad that these women's families do not receive justice and get ignored by MEN in the goverment positions saying she might've suicided. My mom is from central America and she has told me of the generational trauma that many women in my family have experienced and how they're dismissed to "deal with it" or "get over " with assult. Its so sad. I pray for the young lady's family and hope that justice is made for her and the many other women around the world.

I agree this happens everywhere but the week this same incident happened many other grape and murder cases were also recorded and safety of women is a massive issue here. And cases reported here are much greater than anywhere else in the world. I am not in any way trying to dismiss violence happening to women in other places. Such cases have become so common that only the big ones take attention.

This is absolutely insane and disgusting. I feel horrible. And really? Lying saying she “committed suicide”. How dumb do these people think we are? I don’t think any person who isn’t a contortionist could bring their knees to their torso with their legs spread so far apart that it breaks their pelvic bone - hell, contortionists probably don’t even do this either.
