Let me cook a lil bit before chapter 257 leaks: Like you said, Yuji already has Sukuna's Cursed Technique, Shrine, and has used it to gain Blood Manipulation and maybe physical attributes from eating the Cursed Womb Death paintings. I think that in order for Shrine to work, one must "submit" themselves to the user either implicitly or by sacrificing a part of themselves in order for the Shrine user to gain their CT. One can also be forcefully submitted to Sukuna or Yuji through consumption, which would explain why A: Sukuna is a cannibal and B: Yuji is presumed to have eaten the CWDP. Shrine is Sukuna's inherent CT, Cleave/Dismantle was gained through the consumption of his unborn twin, and the fire arrow is the Reversal of Uraume's CT (Uraume is known to essentially be Sukuna's servant/follower, and would explain why Sukuna said that Jogo wouldn't know about it). This could also be a reason why Sukuna was able to tank a Jacob's Ladder, since he took a bite out of Angel and gained resistance to that specific CT. By this logic, they're saving the bodies of the dead not necessarily to revive them, but as sacrifices to Yuji so they can buff him with their CTs and defeat Sukuna. Yuji's "soul punches" are an application of Nobara's CT, and can only be used effectively due to Yuji's awareness of the soul. I'm assuming there's also some sort of condition that needs to be fulfilled in addition to just submitting themselves to a Shrine user in order for them to gain their CT, or else Sukuna would've just started eating everybody (including Megumi) from the beginning. Yuji's awakening is either totally unrelated to Shrine or bolstered awareness of Shrine / how it works which is finally gonna be the catalyst for Sukuna to start going all out in this fight. Another interesting thing to think about is how this would parallel Geto and his consumption of curses (a selfless act on the surface) contributing to his descent into evil/selfishness, whereas Yuji's consumption of humans (selfish act) would ultimately lead to him defeating Sukuna and saving everybody.

The three major clans all derive from ancient, powerful cursed spirits and two of them we know have very powerful acts with the Gojo clan having Six Eyes and Zenin having 10S. It’s very possible the Kamo clan has its own CT that we have no knowledge of at this point.

8:50 it's difficult to articulate the themes of Sukuna and evilness because at his core, he is desire incarnate, unbound by the moral weight of his actions. He is the fuck around without the finding out part, because no one can stop him. It's the Id let loose without a superego, the Nietzsche's Ubermensch, and so on. But at the same time, by the story's themes and evolving character progression, this mentality/behaviour does not equate to evil; it equates to strength. I guess it comes back to the question: Is sukuna evil/morally corrupt because he is strong, or is he strong because he is evil/morally corrupt?

I don’t think Sukuna’s is storing other people cursed techniques. I think his cursed technique is two parts. Shrine which stores information and Refinement which basically allows Sukuna to make custom cursed techniques, albeit limited in their ability. Cleave and dismantle are simple cutting slashes and the fire arrow is just fire so yeah. I think he defines his cursed energy to give it different properties such as slashes or fire and then stored them in his shrine.

I think Sukuna might have some sort of gravity ish/space ish manipulation. Be the air hop, or concentrating particles in a specific point to either cut or heat them up. Like Accelerator from To Aru Majutsu when he concentrated a lot of air in a single point in space, making it become plasma (basically a knock off genki dama) and because of attrition it would be really hot (in sukuna's case specifically). Or use gravity to pull the molecules apart, so that explains what sukuna was waffling about "Targeting the space someone inhabits", his cuts open space literally, not like a normal knife but by increasing the distance between molecules. And when he stopped trying to cut Gojo, he decided to rift the space gojo was, so he also cut infinity (basically). The air hop could be Sukuna increasing the space under his feet in a burst. When he was using slashes like a chainsaw he was actually making a knock off infinity, by rifting space between his palms the the swords. The domain being open could be a representation of this, it's HIS space, you're just living in it

Pretty sure the path of escape isn't a vow exclusive to sukuna's shrine but instead to open domains. In sukuna's case, he can expand his effective range ridiculously large while adjusting its efficiency. Not sure what kenjaku's is though (maybe just increase in power/effectiveness too since it instantly stopped everyone including master barrier maker tengen). Gege isn't one to over clarify so we might never know.

I think there is a binding vow related to the method of turning jujutsu sorcerer into a curse object. Here's my theory... In order to turn a jujutsu sorcerer into a curse object, a jujutsu sorcerer needs to give up their CT to the object. Like a curse weapon, the object will inherit the CT of a jujutsu sorcerer, and the person who ate it will gain the CT. The only thing that keeps the CT intact with the object is the original sorcerer's soul. That's why we need mahito CT to wake the incarnated sorcerers up. What's more interesting is that sukuna is the only incarcerated sorcerer that can wake himself up while he is inside yuji's body. I think it happened because the nature of the shrine. When yuji ate the first finger, Yuji was essentially putting his soul inside the shrine, that's why sukuna is waking up. If sukuna's true CT is the shrine, (consider that the one who ate the finger will gain the shrine) no wonder that megumi can somehow interrupted sukuna a little bit. Cus megumi can access the shrine also. It is like their soul fighting against each other who's inside the shrine and who is the master of the shrine. A person like maki, yuji and toji have a crazy control of their limbs and senses, that's why when yuji's gain the shrine, basically he gain a new limb.. He can intuitively use it against sukuna and take back the control of his body. If this theory is true, then technically the shrine is yuji's CT now, since he ate the sukuna's fingers. When yuji ate the other death painting wombs, he already knew what he was capable of, he even said it himself that he would eat anything.

I absolutely believe that yuji will unlock sukunas technique. His eyes look like sukunas and this has been built up over the series. He might not learn it this next chapter, but as he lands black flashes he may get dismantle first, then cleave and then maybe even black box and when this happens we will finally get the explanation of sukunas technique, but not from sukuna, I feel he will never reveal it and yuji will be the one to explain it to us as he starts to understand it.

To me, sukuna is morally evil but not emotionally evil. The only person he actually dislikes is yuji. Everyone else just bores him since they aren’t strong enough to entertain him. I dont think sukuna is copying any techniques, I think he is manipulating pure cursed energy to just take on different properties. But his cleave and dismantle are his core abilities that require no effort for him to do. So remember gojo shoots 2 cans, one with bland curse energy and the other with limitless. I used to think Sukana was evil but I have to disagree. I see Sukana more as a natural calamity like they described him. Like a hurricane, or a huge earthquake. May kill a lot of ppl, but it isn’t doing it intentionally. It’s just being an earthquake 🤷🏾‍♂️
