I have heath anxiety and Panic attacks physical symptoms like dizziness, shortness of breath, Dpdr, dry mouth, thirst, chest main, chest tightness that lingers even if I'm not anxious are worst but I'm almost fine now.

@Rebecca Getacew yes thanks for your concerns but I'm doing fine now almost all of the symptoms are gone and I only experience them when I'm having anxiety or panic attack and they go away as soon as I'm calm again. I hope you are doing good too.

How did you fix the symptoms like tight chest, tight throat, acid reflux, constant swallowing, shortness of breath, etc.. Was it meditation or a medication or both? I’m grateful your better and would much appreciate any helpful responses. : )
