In order for the parish of St. Thomas to develop properly, the citizens have to improve their standard of living. The pretty roads and infrastructural developments are only a fraction of what is called "development". The people themselves have to move forward in terms of educational, emotional, physical, mental, economic and psycho-social enhancement. I know many of us are excited about the great roads and other structural/infrastructural improvements/investments. These can only benefit us if we put the correct and timely plans (forward planning) in place to benefit/gain from the spill- offs. Otherwise, other neighbouring parishes may gain significantly from the developments that we are so boastful about. Let's be wise and capitalize! It may be to our demise!

The development is not going to involve many St Thomas people. I feel bad for us. Since Springfield is getting overrun by crackheads, what will prevent the congregation at the Urban Center? Some of you people know exactly what I'm talking about too. RIP gully bop
