Let's Talk: TAX Delivery was a DISASTER! The future of Throne and Liberty

Sorry to come off pessimistic about the future. This video isn't to discourage YOU from enjoying the game. This video is meant to just simply discuss the issues within the game and vocalize players complaints such as myself and the members I'm with. There was a larger scale section I wish I recorded which would've showcased the sheer outrage the server had with the event. This is not something that just upset me and my friend group but an entire server. I can't speak for all servers. But this was not a good event and this just further pushed the severity of "loot" and rewards. I argued how bad the current loot system due to the way Guild's and Alliances are formed. The server all banded together in a VC with over 300+ players to prepare based on the information given. We were outnumbering the "defending" team and even with the sheer number advantage we had, the game still favored the top Guild and did not play out the way the event was suppose to play out. In the end, the server did NOT get anything. Not even a "participation" reward. It went straight to the winning team AKA the top Guild of the server.
They announced NEXT event "castle siege" ALSO has issues. But fear not. That event will still continue EVEN WITH THE KNOWN ISSUES. But "hopefully" next time we see events like this, they'll be fixed according to the DEV team. That IS NOT okay. Players are upset. I'm upset. This game does not feel worth it currently and I just had another member decide this game just is not it and uninstall the game. Hence the thumbnail you see. I'm sorry to be so negative guys. I really do hope NC addresses this sooner than later and we get a massive overhaul to the game again. In it's current state, I do not see this lasting long similar to Korea.

we have a monster Zerg on our server .. we are alwasys outnumbered but we Won the event... We organize with other alliance not just ours... Sounds like yall need to get your own guild and alliance in order to compete and absorb other guilds or never compete

My server had a very fair fight (we are a 3 guild alliance dominating the server) but a 4 guild alliance and randoms actually won the event (it was very close ~20% left on chaos golem) The other reason they made it dominion is that it was pretty much impossible for the defending alliance to win, there were reports on KR that the defending guild never won tax delivery until the dominon system was added. If you make it too hard for defenders they will just never schedule the event to gatekeep rewards since the lucent you recieve is a drop in the bucket to the castle payout. Guilds on other servers already did this to gatekeep it and not even give the server a chance. Imo the solution to tax event is multiple steps that all have to happen at once. 1. Remove the dominion type categories 2. buff the tax golems health (if guilds that arent allied are able to coordiante attack it should be buffed because as is it is already an attacker favored event)

As defending guild, was pretty smooth, got pretty strong alliance. Server/performance wise surprisingly good(consider the amount of people) for both me and what guildies said on DC. Siege defend inc

listen to 2mins of this and it feels like the entire discord grp has no clue how event work its massively atk favored and castle siege is massively def favored but that's just my opinion if ppl know how event works its easy to kill golem the lucent rule that guild leader has control is crazy 1 guild on our server alrdy scamming ppl on island chest dice rolls and for some reason their 3 allies are trusting them if they def castle they wont run away with the lucent despite alrdy having scam alerts

So everyone already looked into the event beforehand. We all watched the video. We also read how it was suppose to play out. We understood we had the advantage. The problem is, NOTHING during the event that was supposed to happen, happened. It was a complete mess on our server so the defending team got a free win. That's why everyone is upset. It did not play the way it was suppose to at all. I wish I was able to record. But by the time I got home from work the event was just starting so I had to just jump straight in with the Guild alliance VC and we had 300+

Its at best 200-300 lucent per person and ONLY if they also win the Siege and this is also ONLY if they got the Tax Delivery finished. If the Tax Delivery got finished and now others take the Castle, they get that Tax Delivery money.

How the fuck is this a dominion event anyway. The whole purpose is to stop the top guild from getting the tax. So it should be Catleownsers vs ervyone else.

@suboshi9699 EXACTLY. It was a buggy mess. I wish I recorded the event instead of giving you a discord rant. Because my perspective was screwed. I was changing colors for some reason and being attacked by people who was also the same color as me in some instances. But the event as a whole did not play out how it was described at least on Maxroll too. There were never any NPCs assisting in the fight making it harder for them to defend. They just zoomed to the finish line

They changed it becasue on KR it was pretty much impossible for defenders to win. Some KR guilds just wouldnt schedule the event becasue it was pointless, after the dominon change they started being able to win. The better change imo would be just to buff the golems HP. The maxroll guide was written on the old version before dominion change hence the section that states "if you are lucky enough to make it to the chaos golem"

No need to worry. Poe 2 is coming out in 3 weeks. This game will be gone anyway. It was a filler game. I'm glad I didn't lose a single penny to Amazon. The game is pvp focused but there is nothing in the name of balance in pvp. Kinda funny.

same issue in Pippin, no one was focusing on the golem. You couldn’t even coordinate with other guilds. We won against the defenders only because the Chaos Golem was OP lmao. We individually only got 14 lucent after it all.

Our server for the most part was organized. We had a few hiccups here and there with people spawning in the back line and just killing us sometime and obviously the friendly fire but the event as a whole felt so underwhelming and rushed.

I skipped the event because Pippin mostly use Cronus for their PVP, I literally asked a few of the Warlords & Fire Blossom and they mentioned it’s pretty much necessary for combat. My thing is that if your base skill level at the game is already tapping into M&K on PlayStation server then I’ll just ignore it completely. I play a lot of PVP usually in top percentile, PVP matches take too long to load up for arena no matter single or full team it takes 10, 20 min or never. Kinda lame but they’re in the early stages to see what improvements they make going forth.

@@CRONKTEZ For me personally the targeting is so horrendous in the game I don’t even blame them for using it. My revulsion with Cronus & Xim users stems from ranked playlists in FPS shooters. Ask them yourself, I was initially talking with them about how bad the targeting was.

I have no clue. From my knowledge we were suppose to attack the chest and based off your damage contribution to the chest determined how much you got. But unfortunately we didn't even get to kill the golem.

based on ur guild and ur constribution ( must hit the golem), solant and lucent. i got 5mil solant and 64 lucent from the destroyed golem.

hey man i for example had a great time at the event because our server is really balanced when it comes to fights and i know this is not the case on the majority of the servers. i was on the defending side and we also lost the tax delivery btw. the only problem i had with this event is that it was very laggy. dont know if it was because of my PC or because of the servers but normally my pc could manage every other event pretty good (at least 50 fps on open world bosses and 30 on arch bosses) we have like 3 major alliances a 4 guilds who fight each other every day. so there is actually no big zerg at least not like other servers (hostile friendly guilds, GUILD ABC 1-12, and so on). we were like 170 players from 4 different guilds and our golem died right in front of the gate. im actually happy and sad at the same time that i can experience the game like it should be as so many people cant because zergs overrun their servers. i dont even wanna mention mine so it doesnt get known that there is no big zerg dominating the whole server at once xD. i hope they will change something so it is actually enjoyable for most of the people and not only top guilds. but not too much so it actually has value to be a top guild. because theres players not only spending a lot of money but also a lot of time in this game to be on the top. lets not forget that. sorry to hear that the majority of players had a bad experience man. i liked it alot but like i said, different experience. hope it gets better for you guys and hope it wont get worse for me LOL

YEAH KEEP THAT A SECRET LOL. Your server sounds enjoyable. I would change servers honestly if I was able to move our entire guild and members. But our server is very one-sided. EXTREMELY one sided.

Ours was fantastic 4 guilds vs entire server we won by like 10 seconds, prob single greatest world PvP event I’ve been a part of in 25 years. Man the servers vary so much lol

The attackers were heavily out numbered though still won, the large alliance that has been dominating the server I'm on lost. It's just too many people lack the ability to work together and not attack a friend, too many people have 'warrior brain'

It's the same issue that is causing issues on every single server. A couple of massive guilds allied to own everything making PvP a joke and killing servers. Guilds and guild alliances in this game is the WORST setup I have ever seen in any MMO for the past 20 years. I don't know how they were able to screw that up after so many years of MMO's doing guilds. I agree on the healing contribution,. I stopped healing because it is a thankless chore in this game and is not rewarded. People want healers and criticize them but it's just not worth it for me

mine was today it wasnt bugged, but it looked like a bad design. Golem didnt die and time was over before we could reach the castle. It was too fast. My server is very crowded. People will always cry like you guys are doing about big guilds in any game, you can look at tibia as an example that is a real dominating mmo only 2 big guilds dominate servers once in a while u hae big wars for months and that is it. U cant put all the blame in the game while u are in a bad alliance, just create one. U crying cuz u are losing. Start zerging if u are so annoyed, its easy to put the entire server against 1 single alliance. Also the loot system isnt that bad we have guild bosses and that is where you get most loot for the guild. If loot is all you want just create and lv up guilds for a small amount of players and get your loot

sounds like youre not good enough, we have an alliance discord which is basically anyone who wants to pvp in the server vs the guild who had the golem, we had no issues, we won, was a massive victory for us
