Dunno if you’ll see this but how long did it take to come? And would you recommend it to someone who needs it for exercise and a lot of movement?

It took about a month if I remember correctly. I haven't had much success with any STP I've tried. I just can't get them to sit comfortably and they never stay in place. However, they do work really well for some and I would say this is the best quality STP I've purchased. With a proper harness it shouldn't fall off.
