Oh I also have that non-shiny crystal mould, I was a little disappointed it wasn't glossy. Great video, thanks for sharing. I really like that other crystal mould you have, and the green you used in is is perfect. I agree about the symmetry, that's the only point off for me, too, but it does look stunning. Your cat demanded a guest appearance and we were not disappointed lol. He/she is beautiful, I enjoy seeing pets in videos, they add a little extra enjoyment : )

Thanks so much. I definitely want to experiment with sanding and top coating the purple crystals, just to see if I can improve the overall finish. As for my cat Eevee, she is extremely needy and very attached to me. I obviously won't let my cats or family in the room while I'm dealing with uncured resin, so I keep the door firmly closed. If I'm in the room with the door closed, Eevee literally tears up the hall carpet trying to get to me! We have 5 cats so it's almost a guarantee that a cat will appear somewhere in my videos!

Loved seeing these, I've been looking forward to them. The clear one looks amazing. I wonder if they can make that with the holographic effect. The amethyst was gorgeous too, it's also my favourite colour, but the surface needed to be shinier really like you said. You did make me go red with your mention Mary - very sweet of you! 😊 Nice pose from Eevee at the end. 😻

I absolutely love purple too. I do want to experiment to see if I can do some sanding and top coating to help the finish on that particular mould. If the top coat pools at the bottom I don't think it will matter much because it's a bit bobbly already!
