This is the first this video has came up on my suggested 🤔 love this look on you. I love the glitter brows. These pastels seem better than there usual pastels. I'm thinking their big matte pallete might be useful with this. Imagine the blurple in the big pallete with the periwinkle?

The New Romantic palette was mostly mid to dark so I feel like this is a good addition to their 20 pan palettes collection. I feel like they evened it out with this. I am a medium skin tone (NC 40-42) so I wouldn’t use 3 of the matte shadows at all, which isn’t too bad for a 20 pan palette.

If I struggle finding the right shade or tone. I just dip my brush in 2 colours to make up my own. Not ideal, but when u have no mid tones. It works so it does me! Beautiful look tho. Love the baby pink liner. Works perfectly 💞💞

I really like the super pale pink shade. Those are perfect on my fair/pink skin. I like them on my brow bone or to like set my eyelids if I'm not doing an eyeshadow look if that makes sense.

I was really hoping for a half pink/red half lavender/purple palette. I was a bit disappointed with the amount of neutrals and the mid-tone gap. However, as someone with fair skin, I did get it, will use it, and and probably enjoy it. I love the Beauty Bay formula and the 20 pan palette format. I do a variety of looks, from neutral to super colorful, subdued to saturated, light to deep, and everything in between, so I’ll definitely get use out of it. Still waiting for it, as I’m in the US. (It’s in New Jersey - I’m in Texas Lol) Thank you for the review! ❤️

Agreed, it's a companion palette! Not to sound bad or anything, but not every palette has to be for everyone. I'm super pale, and no one EVER CATERS TO MY TONE. Whether it be foundation, powder, highlighter, powder there is never a light enough tone other than clown white! Also, ANYONE, ANY COLOR, CAN WEAR ANY EYESHADOW SHADE AS LONG AS THEY USE AN EYESHADOW BASE. I love the colors in this palette to be honest and I think I'll buy it. I ordered it because it fills a hole in my collection. I also have the BB Age of Opulence, and I think I can pair those two together to get some banging looks. I came here to see if you thought the quality was the same as the other BB palettes, and I’m glad to hear you say that it’s a 10/10 and on par with the rest. Your look was stunning. I personally need a black as well to deepen, and ABH noir is my “go to” black if a palette doesn’t have one! Great vid 💜💜💜

I actually think any of those really light shades would be lovely on the lid for a fully matte look or matte inner corners, especially on deeper skin tones. Not gonna lie though, I’m paper white, and it is VERY difficult to find things that are not too dark for me. It just seems like a lot of brands don’t go light or dark enough, it’s always in the middle. I see what you’re saying though about there not being any blending shades, and I personally would have preferred more colorful deepening up shades. That’s just personal preference though and of course not every palette has to be for everyone, so it’s totally fine if it’s not for you. Thank you for your honest review 🙂

I feel like you can get a similar look with more depth using Dollhouse from blend bunny. It has a lot of similar tones but the depth is there. And so are the mid tones. The palette is super pretty, don't get me wrong. But I'm not running out to order it

I bought this palette as soon as it dropped because I have quite a small shadow collection (less than 10 palettes) and have hardly any pastel shades and I knew I could rely on BeautyBay for the quality so I went for it even though lots of people were hating, for good reason though. Those swatches were shocking and it doesn’t cater to all skin tones. I guess it’s hard to make a product with only 20 shades in be inclusive and suit everyone’s wants/needs - but i’m sure the next palette will be better or at least different! For my makeup collection this sits in nicely to pair with my other palettes/shades, i have a few mid tone purples and pinks already plus i lacked any shimmers to match so i am verryyyyy pleased with the Love Notes colour range. Loved the look you made with it!

I think this is a palette I love to have just to say I have all the beauty bay palettes but I think it's also one I would be happy to take a few colours from (de pot) and maybe add to another de potted palette to make a really good one. In all honesty I've never really overly loved the new romantic but think some of the shades complement that palette. I think the shades work with their other palettes it's just that alot of the other palettes didn't need an accompanying palette. ...if that makes sense

I have all of the other 20 pans and I felt I didn't want one missing from my collection and as you say THAT FORMULA is always spectacular! I felt the same way, when I saw the swatches online I wasn't impressed at all. All the colors looked kind of bland and similar. But then I saw a look someone did with it and became curious, so I grabbed one. The look you created is nice :) def looking forward to getting mine in the mail :)
