Amazing display not only of wealth but American supremacy in microcosm.Astonishing really to have so many tear downs in such a small period of time.The safety of BH and its environs and the political and tax stability of the USA are huge attraction for foreigners,the exact opposite is now occurring in the UK(London),foreigners are now wary of the tax grab that is about to come on property. Christophe what do you recommend as best place to view downtown Los Angeles? Can be a gated community as well. We need a place to shoot a short film, with the best possible view. Figured a guy with experience like you must know something !

I’ve heard that people are annoyed by all the construction up there and homes aren’t moving as fast as a few years ago. A lot of LA homes end up looking alike: the white glass shoebox with privacy hedges and a lap pool.
