From what I'm trying right now, ALL my effort has gone into cohesion. Think places, events, names, and general locations of set pieces. I HAVE ALL THE MAJOR STUFF I WANTED TO TACKLE, but I can't piece it together in a way that doesn't feel like a literal train wreck of psycho Babble.

Have been looking at this one for awhile, and while still interested, I can now skip over the prologue to get to the story within. Fully agree with your take on all points for the prologue. Beyond just the looping dialogue, it doesn't have Issac/Brave being really in conflict with their future situation or too much to pull you in. There was the note about Chronos and how Pandora was a sign of doom, but that was only a passing comment. Issac agreeing with Mary doesn't help develop their character or set up any stakes for what the Transition might bring. There is just death or maybe a facsimile of life. The red pill or the blue pill. It's also unfortunate that SOMA exists and handled this discussion so well. Anyone who knows of it will likely compare it to it, so have to hope the main story goes beyond these comparisons. It does seem to tackle the obstacle that Brave is aware that Issac is dead, and that they are an extension or continuation of their existence.

This whole thing feels very chatgpt-written. Long, drawn-out rambles with a tendency to get cyclic, and no sense of timing. It would benefit greatly from more time with an editor.
