here we go again, another vn protagonist that is made into a halfwit when the narrative is screaming at you that bruce is just trying to save face. i undertand zander not getting why bruce would do that, but he should have noticed that bruce is playing up their rivalry and conclude it's for the sake of making the match more entertaining for the audience. then the plot twist that it's because bruce actually likes him would have the proper impact once it lands, even though it's stinking from a mile away.

Learning that Zander is shorter than Redline is startling. Is Theodore bigger than Zander? If so then Zander is absolutely doomed. Bruce is likely fucked too, cause he can only beat Zander up so many times before the fans and sponsors kick up a fuss. While an ass, this is his job and it requires spectacle. Can only break the deer so many times before there is no more buzz.

I think it’s interesting that Jenna claims that Flynn “only cares about himself and how he feels,” when we know that’s basically the opposite. It’s shown best in their gifts for Carl, how Jenna gets Carl something she knows he doesn’t like and that she does, while Flynn gets him a personal and honestly really fucking cool gift. Projection? Maybe, maybe not, maybe she just doesn’t realize since Flynn is actively trying not to show it, so I can’t really blame her for that assumption, but it’s interesting to me. I love that dichotomy between Jenna and Flynn, Jenna being a nice person on the surface who really has a superiority complex, and Flynn being a complete asshole hiding how much he really cares. It shows in their roles in the main mystery/conflict as well, Jenna wanting to sweep Sydney under the rug so nobody has to be uncomfortable while Flynn is pursuing the truth of what happened at the lake. Knowing what happened could ultimately be better for the overall mental health of the friend group, considering how much it eats at Chase, TJ, and Flynn, but Jenna wants them to move on so they can be better as people, not realizing that they can’t.

I am currently listening to this as a podcast while I am webfishing myself. This game is so addicting and so cheap! A great little chill game. Still haven't tried any mods yet, the game is still really new so I am hoping for more maps to just come out over time but this map looks really nice!

Multiple air tanks are found in the wrecks around the main island that are reasonably shallow. But yes buying some also helps

I enjoy watching you play and trying to keep up with you! I really like the voices you do. Because of you, I bought this game! I have one trick you can try: after disabling the barge, stay on it until another one hits you, then jump onto the moving barge and raid it. Ride it until you come back around to your boat. This works usually only once, because the ships move out of the path eventually and it gets too hard to jump. However, I was able to raid 2 boats with one torpedo this way! Your boat can get hung up on the barge and dragged away.. so watch out! I had to swim to the sunken city to retireve mine!

The more I watch this route, I feel the most unnerved because he reminds me of my ex who was diagnosed with NPD. Seems like a nice guy who knows exactly what to say, but is also manipulative into getting people to do what he wants. But what stood out to me the most was the seemingly passive-aggressive jabs at Chase about college; how Chase wants to make something of himself and Leo’s just making light of his accomplishments or making them seem like a waste of time. While the high school scene was really sweet, it just makes it all the more eerie

Do wonder how helpful the little robots are. If they can gather all the base resources on their own, it'd cut down some of the grind. Granted it does seem like RNG, so it isn't a perfect fix. Speaking of automation, wish there was a job for someone to fill the food carts and stalls. I tend to forget them cause of all the running around, so they're just sitting there on Tourist Days.
