BEAUTIFUL cards Cathy! This kit is a winner. Love the stamp set with all the beautiful snowflake stamps. Love the watercolor card. I’m a decorative painter but have such little experience watercoloring. Mostly have painted on wood and some on fabric so is a lot different than on paper. We decorative artists usually use the term “spattering” but is good to learn a difference between that and splattering. Didn’t know that myself…..just figured the two were used interchangeably. You could also use your GK pick up tool rather than your finger to spatter with. I’ve used a pencil or pen when spattering on wood in the past. The pick up tool would be quite handy while card making. Anything round works good if it hurts a finger. 😉. TFS your wonderful cards! LOVE the white glass mat. That’s the one I plan on getting hopefully after my tax refund (along with 4 wide Alex drawers, 2 table tops, two 2x4 and two 2x3 Kallax units)! 🤣

Hey Cathy, great video as always. I heard you say when you were using your finger to aid in the spatter it hurt. Instead of using your finger, tap your brush against your bone folder and see if that works. I’m pretty sure I saw that done in another video. 😁 TFS!

I have subscribed to the kits for over. Year, but lately, they are not being delivered promptly. I still have not gotten last month’s kit and a new one has been unveiled. This month’s kit is too late for my Christmas cards.

I have. The same thing happened with last month’s kit. The November kit came out before I’d received October’s. So, that kit was too late for thanksgiving cards. They just say the demand was greater than anticipated…

Just heard from customer service- they bill on the 14th of the month, but may not ship until the 30th! So, it’s no surprise I’m not getting the kits in time to use them for the holiday! I suggested they consider issuing holiday-themed kits a month earlier.
