I just found body groove yesterday. Did it for the first time this morning. Felts soooo good particularly for this almost 500lb body that stiff from lying in bed all day. Sat up and moved. Always loved dancing but could never get into the other fitness videos but these just make me want to. I going to move with this one now. Thank you 😊 💃
