You make all these major crossings (Mobile Bay, Carrabelle-Steinhatchee, all the way across the state of Florida through Lake Okeechobee) without showing video of it. I’ve been watching your channel since you launched that boat just to see how it handled in open water and you end up leaving those parts out? YOUR KILLING ME!!!
@brentonsriversidehermitage4 ай бұрын
Gary, we're slowly getting to all of that. Making quality 30-40-60 minute videos take a lot of time. That's one reason I put up videos over here, for those that want to be caught up so to speak. We're almost to Mobile Bay on BWBRs. Stay tuned

I really enjoy watching your videos along the way, thank you for the gift that you give to everyone through your channels here on the tube. Some people only know anger and there is nothing you can do to avoid them, but fortunately they are the few and hopefully they will learn to have love in their hearts and leave behind the burden of hate and anger.

Thanks for being here Michael. I've had my fair share of anger. Had to delve deep to find the root causes. Deep subject. Life is definitely easier in this modern world with a mote around you;)

It will be more boater friendly when you get to Georgia and the Carolinas. Just too crowded here in Florida. I used to find a place to anchor for the weekend if I was traveling on the intracoastal. Avoided a lot of the crazy boat traffic that way. Thanks for doing this vlog video.

Unfortunately most waterfront property owners also believe they own the river/lake/whatever in front of their property as well. Boaters hopefully have a voice, although it is tough to maintain a group in order to have any influence.

This must be one of those days where you realize why you live in the UP and not Florida. Never have to worry about the people problem up in Superiorland. Quite the contrary in overcrowded Florida. Gets rarer and rarer to find even the slightest slice of tranquil paradise there. Every place has it's tradeoffs. Living in a place with rough winters is just temporary, but living in an overcrowded place with people everywhere is 365 day affair.

Great video Brenton! People are hilarious, aren’t they? Non-stop entertainment. Have you ever heard of the carnivore way of eating? As far as I can see, it’s the easiest way ever to regain and maintain good health. It’s worked wonders for me over the last few months. Bounced out and in for a years with that and keto…only to bounce back in at 100 percent carnivore. I hate subjecting myself the the health scare system and this really helps…especially with chronic pain. Thanks again for the video! Your thoughts are super appreciated.
@brentonsriversidehermitage4 ай бұрын
Eva, how is that different than Keto? I have some chronic pain myself (back and neck) stretching helps.
@evawinchester61224 ай бұрын
It’s been coined “The Proper Human Diet” by the wonderful Dr. Ken Berry. He also calls it “extreme keto” in that the goal is to stay as close to no carb as possible. The foods include meat, eggs and full fat dairy…and that’s it. Folks all over the globe…or plane…or state of consciousness or prison planet :) are reporting weight loss (although this can be a slow go for some folks…but that’s okay), pain relief, cures from cancer, MS, eczema, PCOS, on the opposite side of that, low T, depression, anxiety, brain fog, eating disorders, alcoholism and even schizophrenia.The list goes on and on. No Carb Life is a great channel for testimonials. I think you’d really dig Kerry from Homesteadhow on YT. It’s reduced my pain by about 85% which I am so grateful for. I’ve had arthritis since I was a child and this is beyond a blessing and I consider it another gift along this path. You don’t get very hungry either, which makes it cost effective. The hardest thing for most people is to get past the food pyramid programming we’ve been indoctrinated with, as well as having to leave the “food as a social connection” scene. Soooo worth it. :) Less people less…..@@brentonsriversidehermitage

I’ve spent a lot of time on the water ways and there is always one of those people who thinks they own the view in front of their property and for the most part I don’t want to be around them so if you don’t like your neighbors you can do what they’re so jealous about you can pull up the hook and let them believe that they won lol. You have a better chance of getting away with leaving your dinghy and boat unattended on the West Coast but I don’t advise it on the East side we had to dinghy’s stolen from marina dinghy docks one stolen while we were asleep at anchor and a engine stolen from the rail that was chained up while we went shopping. Crap happens but I’m going to make a crook work for it because every little dog has his day. And I’m not talking about you Wavey you’re the luckiest ever.

@@brentonsriversidehermitage I wish I could help they had so much damage there after the last few storms that I bet it has changed the scenery there. Ive got one good friend in that area be he’s off hiking the Appalachian trails for a month trying to outrun the bears. At least all you got to watch out for right now is the gators and the Sharon’s and maybe a grass eating manatee. I’ll be in Marathon in the Keys in mid May for my 50th high school reunion if you’re around anywhere in the Keys around then my two best friends who I’ve got them watching you to would love to take you and Wavey out for lunch and whatever 3 68 yr old guys can get into as long as it doesn’t involve wild women, liquor, drugs, and a lot of other fun stuff that would kill us now days.

When did you get the Portland Pudgy? I have one too. Currently i use a 50 lb thrust trolling motor and lifepo4 battery. It works, but its slow. Is that Suzuki a 2.5 hp? How does it perform? I'm thinking about upgrading. Suzuki is the lightest and the least e pensive. But I like Yamahas. I cannot find much online with the Pudgy and various engines, 😊
