Segata Sanshiro's pretty unknown to most people but allow me to provide some info. Segata Sanshiro was Sega's Japanese market mascot for the Sega Saturn, and in commercials would beat up anyone not playing the system, not joking. His commercials are very over the top and hilarious.

Must say, I'm glad I finally found this reaction video, Ris. I know it's been up for ages, but... I missed when this was just uploaded, and the music at the end was censored due to copyright. I'm glad you kept it in so I could enjoy it as it was meant to. If I can rant slightly... that credits section was supposed to be a tribute to Monty Oum, and Screwattack removed the music because of risking a copyright flag. That's just... disrespectful in my opinion. On both Screwattack's part for not taking the hit... and the copyright holder's part for having zero leniency. Damn you, Squeenix.

there have been whip variations of light sabers, so it is not inconceivable that Samus could have a mod on her pistol that behaves a lot like a light saber, though it would be weaker, but not a whole lot.

I wish people would stop bringing up that damn "Boba Fett held his own against Vader" feat. The ONLY reason he didn't get his head crushed within his helmet by the force was because he had something Vader wanted, and if he killed Boba, he would lose the item. But even then, that whole scenario was badly written all around. This fight scene was too short, it could have been longer. Also, that one little bomb shouldn't have been able to bust Samus' suit, it would take a LOT more fire power than that to do this.

Death Battle works off of analysis. Who is going to win is already decided. Her suit being destroyed was probably just for bringing Zero Suit Samus into the fight. The animated fights are just eye candy. Eye candy I am grateful for. Sometimes I just like watching characters I like fight each other. It's awesome.

Though I do agree with you on the Boba vs Vader feat people keep bringing up. I always have to rolls my eyes at 'normal but skilled person versus a even somewhat competent force user'. Seriously, the force user could just grab them with the force and slam them into the ground until they die. Hell, even surprise attacks wouldn't work with the bullshit that is precognition. Which seems to conveniently not work when the plot calls for it.

Frank Hunter Precognition is only as good as spider sense, it is amazing, but it can only be useful if the user can react to it, one slip up in reflexes and you screwed yourself.

The ending credits were for Mounty Oum. He was known for randomly doing it at the end of videos and stuff when he was bored. That was a tribute to it. Also the animation was ripped straight out of Mounty Oum. It's the same art style.

By the way they failed to, mention a TON of Samus's weapons suits. For example, her most deadly weaponry - the hyper beam, PED suit, hyper missiles, and death ball - weren't included. And that fails to, mention all her suit upgrades: gravity, phazon, dark, light, and PED, to name a few. She also has an ice beam, plasma beam, wave beam, ice missiles, bombs, and several other weapons along with a variety of visors that weren't mentioned.

I'm kinda sad that they barely mentioned Samus' Fusion Suit, it's from the latest game in the timeline after all. She should be wearing the "Orange Fusion Suit" she got from absorbing the SA-X at the end of Metroid Fusion. Also, it isn't the suit itself that absorbs the X parasites (6:00), it's her body. Her cellular makeup was altered after receiving the metroid vaccine. Though her body was restored by absorbing the SA-X, her suit was not. I am aware that this would not affect the battle itself, but I personally think the characters should be portrayed as in their latest (canon) appearance (same goes for Ryu vs Scorpion, where the latter is currently human as well) Just remove the shoulder pads and add spikes to her left arm and I would be satisfied. EDIT: Scorpion can actually switch between his two appearances at will, my bad. Also, I'm sure you can tell but Fusion is my favorite game in the series, and one of my favorite GBA games. :)

Because he died and was a big inspiration to deathbattle, Monty Oum did sometimes, in his series ''Rwby'' after the video a dance with all the characters in that episode.

Boba Fett has fallen in the sarlaac 3 times true. However 1 was while he was fighting a jedi knight. Plus, even after you talked about the 1 minute flight time, you still yelled that he didnt use his jetpack to escape the sarlaac. Also people complain about the Darth Vader thing even though he's killed multiple jedi. (There is the excuse of the plot armor still though)
